The LA Estate is a private 2-acre residential compound encompassing one spacious main house, three guest cottages, a wine cellar, multiple seating decks, an outdoor kitchen, a heated swimming pool, hot tubs, a sauna, a Koi pond, herb, vegetable, and fruit orchard gardens, all set within a lush collection of mature foliage and trees.

The project’s renovation process is a collaboration between the owner and the designer, which has rendered an elegant, unique, and eclectic design style. Each discovery of antique furniture, custom-made lighting, modern art, and fine Oriental carpets has enriched the design composition and provided inspiration for the next design steps.
